Maybe you pushed a bit to hard on that run or sat at your desk longer than usual. In any case, you’re feeling tight and achy, so here’s a simple way to release every muscle from the top of your head to your heels in 20 minutes.
Lie down with your legs up on a surface so that your hips and knees form 90 degree angles (a sofa or coffee table is usually perfect).
Now here's the difficult part: just lie there - maybe listen to music or a podcast - but stay there for at least 10-20 minutes to allow gravity to work with the surfaces your bones and let your muscles and joints relax.
And that's it! Do this a few times a week to allow your body to rest and recover.
